Sharepoint : Change the “Add New” message for a web part

In custom list if no items then will see this message “There are no items to show in this view of the "test" list. To add a new item, click "New".”   By default. 
Steps:

Add an Content Editor Web Part (CEWP) below the Announcements web part. 
From the CEWP click Edit and Modify Shared Web Part 
Click the Source Editor button 
Paste the following:
Click OK, then OK, then Exit Edit Mode
